Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $75.00 excluding remote areas.

Remote areas are those that require additional processing through Canada Post due to their location. These remote areas are included in the following postal code prefixes. When your order is placed, additional shipping charges will be applied for these areas.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of product within 15 days from the day you received your order. All return items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

The refund will be issued using the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To exchange an item:
Please return the original item as per the above instructions and then proceed by placing a new order for the item required.

25% Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will deducted from any return refund (refused shipments will also be subject to the 25% restocking fee)
